About Us
In May of 1991, CUSTOM ANALYTICAL SERVICES, INC., Inc was incorporated in the state of New Hampshire to develop and market high quality custom analytical services to companies servicing the military and aerospace market.
Our original laboratory was located in Kingston, NH with approximately 3,000 square feet of space that allowed us to perform Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) of components destined for the cruise missile program. As the years progressed and we added to our service offerings and capabilities, our need for space increased and resulted in the moving the lab into a 4,000 square foot facility in Londonderry NH. Our current facility in Salem NH has 5000 sq. ft of space that allows us to perform a multitude of analysis techniques.
Our approach to performing an analysis is to envision the problem as our own and to perform the techniques we believe will result in the solving of the problem in a timely manner that is reasonably priced.
We welcome customer visits before, during or after the analysis. Discussions between our staff and customers are performed in a friendly and professional manner that is conducive to resolving the issues of the analysis.
Our quality assurance system has been built on service to all industries, Military, Commercial, Aerospace or Medical. Consequently, we comply with the requirements of various quality standards.
We meet the requirements of AS9003 Inspection and Test Quality System. We comply with the requirements of ISO 9002:1994 and the since deleted Mil-I-45208A Quality standard. Since we are not a manufacturing facility we comply with the requirements that would apply to our part of Mil-Q-9858. However, we do not manufacture product, we analyze it and report to the customer our professional analysis as to the cause of an deficiency.
Directions
Our facilities are located just off Exit 2 of Interstate 93. After exiting the highway, take a left off the ramp. Go to the intersection of Stiles Road and Manor Parkway. (From the north go to the second light, From the south go to the third light). Turn right onto Manor Parkway, about ½ mile is Industrial Way on the left. Turn left onto Industrial Way and go to the Stop sign. At the stop sign go straight across and you are in our parking lot. We are Unit #4 towards the far end or the building.
